Doi Khun Tan National Park is a virgin forest which plenty of many kinds of woods. It is importantly in military operations at the time the World War II. The General Por. Bhiboon Songkram had commanded troops to make a road through the peak of Doi Khun Tan mount for assigning the military operations points ( or "ย"-Thai alphabet pronounces "Yor"). After that this route has become the important traveling spots. Doi Khun Tan National park is made up of Yor.1 which is a scenery point of Mae Ta district Lampoon province. Yor.2 is a field of pine woods, Yor.3 has been built wooden house in the big forest and Yor.4 the highest peak of Doi Khun Tan mount.

Elephant Conservation Center is the only one camp in Thailand for training baby jumbos. This idea has been thought for baby giants to practice while their mothers will be working in the jungle. It is home for the seven important white elephants. Inside the camp has big field for elephants showing and home stayed accommodations for visitors to experience and learn the elephant life cycle and mahouts who are compared to a closely life long mate for big mammals.
It is located on Baan Tung Kwien which far away from town about 25 kilometers., the National road #11_Lampang-Lampoon.
 

 
Chae Son National Park is a origin of many brooks and canals flowing through the Wang River. The area covers approximately 592 sq .kilometers. which plenty of many interesting places such as a hot spring, Chae Son Waterfall and Mae Piaek Waterfall. Jungle houses in the National Park, camp zone for making tents are available. Away from town about 70 kilometers. parting from the National road # 1038 (Lampang-Chae Hom)

The Temple of Pra that Lampang Luang is the a symbol of Lampang province's temple which is held for the person whose birthday is the year of cow. The interior design inside the temple is created by reproduction according to the ways of the universe. This temple is compared to Mount Meru which, like Olympus, is the abode of the Gods which is the center of the Universe.The four churches is in place of the four Indian subcontinent directions which are situated around the Mount Meru. The interesting points inside the temple are the body of temple which is round shaped in Lanna style being lined by the Jung Go Gold, the Royal church, an arbor of the Buddha foot's print and so much more. Located on Koh Ka district away from town about 18 kilometers
 

 

Lampang's horse wagon is a unique character of Lampang city. The first riding was same as the day to open Lampang's railway Station in the reign of King Rama 6 which park at the old city hall and in front of the Vieng Thong's area. The service is available around Lampang town which are responsible with Lampang province Horse's wagon Association.
